Process
The first round (phone call) was okay, with some questions on my resume and background.
The second round was again a phone call with the manager, who hurried through the interview. The questions spanned a series of topics and roles that were not part of my job experience. Their role basically integrates three other job roles. There was no time to ask questions.

Very exciting company to work for

Pros: Lucid has all the benefits of a larger, established company, but still maintains the energy of a start-up.
So far, there is a good work-life balance.
Cons: Because the company is growing so quickly, there are not enough seats for everyone at the office. Parking fills up. The EV company should have more charging station parking spots.

Incredible learning environment, but stressful culture

Pros: I spent time on a few different teams at Lucid. The people are incredible; I learned a ton, got great work opportunities, and felt really enabled to make an impact.
Cons: Newark isn't a fun place to live and it's far from SF. I didn't love the culture from most of the executives (except Margarett Burgraff), as I often felt like they just cared about employees for their impact and not as people. Times of high stress and long hours, which is to be expected for that environment, but Lucid's attempts at playing it off with "Lucid Wellness" passing out disposable water bottles were pathetic. Overall though, I'd go back. Some of this is to be expected.
