Pros: So much hype over EVs. Will look good on your resume if you are starting your career. Good colleagues. Many are always willing to help. Cool product. Most engineers are very motivated to succeed. This is contagious. Many seem very excited to be there, especially the recent grads who do not have experience working in established companies and do not notice the "cons" of the company.

Cons: - Engineering managers with strong technical skills but zero social skills and zero experience leading people. Some, not all. - Arrogance is prevalent in technical areas. - Expect to be grilled in a very technical interview, to eventually join the group and be doing low-level everyday engineering tasks.

Pros: Some good people around, but most are egotistical snobs.

Cons: Most people are snobbish; the culture runs from top to bottom. * No performance reviews. * No salary increase. * No bonus component. * New hires earning far more than loyal employees. * Employees are forced to work long hours and weekends. * No professional/personal growth, except for some teams on the mechanical side. * Arrogant about the product and their style of work. They hire: 1. College graduates. 2. Engineers from the East Coast looking for better pay. 3. Incompetent leads/managers who cannot find another job in tech in the Bay Area. 4. Former Tesla employees who are paid the big bucks.

Pros: Interesting Product, Aiming for a common goal in a sustainable future

Cons: Work hours can be long, with the usual stress that comes with it.
