I spoke to HR about my background and skills. Although the HR representative did not seem to understand my tech stack and was reading off a job posting.
HR was extremely rude. They made fun of my college and told me what college they went to. They told me their company makes the world's best EV cars and basically told me I wasn't qualified. They said they would decide for the hiring manager and not send my resume. I asked why they scheduled this interview and used my time. Be careful; HR has a huge ego. I secured another job, so I wasn't that hurt, but it still stings.
What is your skill level compared to the job posting?
