I went through a phone screening, a one-on-one interview, and then a panel interview round.
There was no response after the panel interview, despite multiple emails and phone calls.
A simple "no" would be appreciated, but ignoring all communications is rude.
The interview was typical, asking basic and behavioral questions.

Pros: So much hype over EVs. Will look good on your resume if you are starting your career.
Good colleagues. Many are always willing to help.
Cool product.
Most engineers are very motivated to succeed. This is contagious. Many seem very excited to be there, especially the recent grads who do not have experience working in established companies and do not notice the "cons" of the company.
Cons: - Engineering managers with strong technical skills but zero social skills and zero experience leading people. Some, not all.
- Arrogance is prevalent in technical areas.
- Expect to be grilled in a very technical interview, to eventually join the group and be doing low-level everyday engineering tasks.
