I had a very bad experience with an unprofessional process.

I went through one recruiter phone call, two technical interviews, and finally a full-panel interview with eight people.

The recruiters were generally pretty nice. However, during the technical rounds, they did not care about my resume at all. There wasn't even one relevant question regarding my resume; all questions felt like quizzes from their perspectives.

I have interviewed with a couple of companies, and none of them (except Lucid) acted this way. Resumes serve as references for interviewers, showing a candidate's background and skills. If the questions asked have no relation to my resume and nothing on my resume matters to you, why offer interview opportunities and waste my time?

The most ridiculous thing happened in the final round (full panel): One interviewer, located in another country, didn't show up as scheduled due to personal reasons. They acted as if nothing had happened, extending my interview by an hour without any consideration for my schedule. Excuse me?

Not to mention, some interviewers (possibly accidentally) acted in a very rude manner, such as rolling their eyes after I answered something incorrectly.

In general, I cannot believe what I experienced during the entire interview process. I left with very negative feelings about the company and the team immediately after the interview, so I was not surprised at all when I received the rejection letter.

All quizzes are like those that are probably useful for their work, but nothing related to the resume at all.
