Cons: - Compensation is not competitive: low salary, low bonuses, no 401k matching, no gym benefits, essentially none of the perks you might expect from a Silicon Valley company. - Toxic work environment: abusive management and rude communication within cross-functional teams. Even as an engineer, you will be thrown into dozens of high-level meetings for no reason other than "visibility." Expect to hear that buzzword a lot, usually in the context of your job security. - Zero work-life balance: None. You will absolutely work nights, weekends, and holidays, typically due to rushed schedules and mismanagement. You will receive pings and phone calls at literally all hours of the day, as if every issue is an emergency simply due to the company's macro issues with low sales and dropping share values. You will be expected to work for the sole sake of preserving the egos of others.

Pros: Good place to work with decent pay.
