Very badly organized company. They want to use your time as they want, changing your schedule every month. They expect you to work 12 hours a day (seriously, daily and not kidding). They literally have copied a lot of things from Tesla, but I would say they are the “Chinese copy,” and they are not Chinese, of course. Very bad quality in manufacturing processes.
