Very exciting work
The company is excellent. The management is also good. People actually know what they are doing.
Just like every startup, it is very hectic sometimes. Many people usually stay until late, and that is a good thing in this declining economic condition.
Long working hours and high workload, especially if you are coming from a well-established company in the Midwest.
