One good thing is a day is too short, as the management will dump work on you 24x7.
Below industry average pay. The pay rate to hours worked is subpar compared to the industry average with similar backgrounds in education and experience. Management is purely toxic, only concerned about their "pay off" someday with vested restricted stock grants and stock options. Just like Richard the Lionheart, management rules with an iron fist, and their job title means they are natively privileged and crush any dissenting opinions.
Stop creating a toxic environment and listen to your employees rather than just to prop up the stock price.
Listen to employees when they report harassment.
