The mechanical team is made up of Jr. Engineers and is super arrogant.
The battery team is OK.
Chassis is OK.
Power Electronics is full of PhDs, which is good.
Infotainment HW is a total no-go.
Connectivity or Cybersecurity is a yes.
SW is great.
Design is OK.
Test and Validation for the drivetrain is a yes.
Working hours: 15-18 p/day
Working days: Mon-Sun
Salary: Not good
Toxicity: 100%
Parking lot: 0% after 9 am.
Two years ago was a lot of fun... not anymore. Those days are gone, and everyone is looking just for better positions instead of what we had at the beginning. I am ashamed of what Lucid has become.
Stay away.
