I had an initial phone interview. The interviewer started by asking about myself and briefly described the team and his work at Lyft.

We then jumped onto a coding exercise on Coderpad. He explained the question, and as I was progressing, he added more follow-up questions.

I received an email from the recruiter two days later inviting me for an onsite interview at their SF office. I had four rounds of interviews at the onsite:

• One round was a coding exercise on my laptop (the interviewer gave me a question on paper).
• Two rounds were system design questions.
• One round was a personality/experience-based interview.

Overall, I would say I had a good experience. All the interviewers were nice.
