I applied online. The process took three months.
It was an absolutely horrible experience. The interviewers were great, but the recruiters were absolutely terrible. After passing the phone screen, I had to coordinate a schedule for the onsite. The link for the scheduling wasn't working, and there was a lot of back and forth with the recruiter. Every reply took weeks from their end, which usually resulted in a new link that was yet again broken. It took a month to get something on the calendar. All the while, the role was already filled. There was no communication that this was the case. So after preparing and going through the three hours of onsite interviews, there came radio silence. I would reach out every week with no response. I was connected with the recruiter on LinkedIn and messaged them directly, but there was no response. I only discovered recently that the original position was filled, which makes me wonder whether the interviews even counted towards an actual job. The recruiter didn't even have the courtesy to send a five-second reply or a rejection email to close the loop.
