Process
I submitted my resume through a diversity program. A recruiter contacted me, and we had a 30-minute phone screen.
Following that, I completed two technical phone interviews.
Then, I went onsite for two technical whiteboarding questions. After that, I returned again to complete an API coding challenge with an engineer.
I believe they are now beginning to change the interview process to include a one-hour in-house coding assignment to decrease bias in interviews.
