The process is good. It is not too exhaustive, and they respond quickly. The recruiters are great too. I cleared all my interviews, and I have been in team matching for a very long time. Lyft does not give you an offer even after clearing interviews.

Pros: I'm an onboarding engineer at Lyft. People here are very honest, friendly, and enthusiastic about their jobs. That's one of the biggest reasons why I joined Lyft.
Communication was fast, as people respond quickly to emails. Can't complain about compensation and employee perks.
Cons: San Francisco HQ seemed to have reached its capacity. Looking forward to moving to a bigger space.

Pros: Pays well for what it is, which is a low-stress job. Coworkers and culture are great.
Cons: It's hard to move things forward because of politics.
Unless you know the right people, don't expect your career to grow very fast.
