Recruiters were very kind. Everything moved very quickly. Questions were fair, and interviewers were polite. Responses to emails were timely. I withdrew from the application process as I decided to go elsewhere. The company seems like a great place to work at, and I wish the best for them!

Cons: There is no transparency at all in the prices they say to the driver and the price they charge to the rider. I got a line of two people which said it was charged to the riders a total of $11.58, but I received $3.71. Between the service fee, which nobody understands what it is for, and the Lyft platform, they take 70 percent of the earnings. Why? We are doing more than half of the work and we get a miserable 30 percent. I think that is completely unfair.
