I am disappointed with the interview process.
I cleared the phone interview and the onsite interview. The HR representative informed me that they were interested and would be conducting a background and reference check.
Subsequently, I was rejected.
As a student with no negative records in my background, I find this decision perplexing. How can a company reject a candidate after making them wait for two and a half weeks?
My suggestion:
Change your interview process. You will lose out on many good candidates.
I have lost respect for your company.
Just the usual ones from Glassdoor and HR questions.
