I applied online through the MathWorks website.
Received an email in around two weeks for an online HR-based interview. The interview had the 5 basic questions given on Glassdoor.
Shortly thereafter, I was scheduled for a technical interview.
The technical interview had 29 questions covering:
- MATLAB
- One additional programming language (I chose C)
- One area (I chose Control Systems)
- Linear Algebra

Pros: Anyone in the company is empowered to improve current processes.
The hierarchy feels pretty flat, and everyone is very approachable.
Although pretty big, it still has a small, family-like culture.
The company values have real meaning that can be seen throughout the company.
Cons: The only thing I am worried about is preserving the same culture and values as we continue to grow.
