Process
They held a virtual career fair, to which I submitted my resume. I received an email the next day scheduling a telephone interview for four days later. During the telephone interview, I was asked questions about my profile (which was already on my resume) and why I wanted to join them. My answer to the last question was less than exceptional. I was told that an HR representative would contact me within a week if I were selected for the next stage. However, no HR representative contacted me. They also did not respond to my query email. No technical questions were asked during the telephone interview.

Motivation to move out from EDG. Smart peers.Cons: Management in EDG doesn't care about ASE's career development or learning. All they want to do is save their a** and look good in front of higher management. The program is portrayed as one which gives flexibility and freedom to pursue your interests, but that is rarely the case. Managers start thrusting some stupid timelines and documents on you and will keep wanting you to do more technical support in the name of "Leadership Qualities."
