The interview process is a long one.
- Video interview
- HackerRank test (2 programming languages)
- Technical phone interview (questions were mainly on pointers and constructors)
MATLAB was also very tough.
- All the questions are already in Glassdoor (behavioral questions, why Mathworks, what interests you about this position, multiple responsibilities, GPA, visa sponsorship).
- Questions based on MATLAB functions and C++ programs (Inheritance, Arrays).
- Questions on C++, Embedded Systems, and MATLAB.

Smart people who really know their stuff.
Free cookies on Friday and free breakfast on Wednesday.
Cons: Managers focus way too much on the so-called company culture and the "MW way" of doing things. What really matters is not given enough importance.
Low salary.

Standard work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Good starting vacation time.
Friendly and accessible management.
Resources and training are very available.
Responsive and informative throughout the interview process.
Remote work during COVID.
Beautiful campus and good cafeteria onsite.
Good culture.
Cons: Difficult interview content.
Located in the northeast.
Not a lot of availability to transfer to other locations across the US.

Awesome perks.
The company really cares about employees.
Lot of opportunities for leadership roles.
Easy switch to different teams.
They are getting bigger every year, so it's exciting to be a part of the growth.
Cons: The review process is too elaborate. The stakeholder plan is a major part of salary; without it, the salary looks just average.
