Process
The interview process started with a HackerRank coding challenge. Once that was cleared, there was a phone interview with an engineer from MathWorks.
Then the HR team called me to schedule an on-site interview.
In the on-site interview, I was asked two hours of technical questions, similar to the phone interview. After that, there were two behavioral rounds and lunch with an engineer.

Pros: Tons of flexibility for what projects you want to work on.
Standard work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Good starting vacation time.
Friendly and accessible management.
Resources and training are very available.
Responsive and informative throughout the interview process.
Remote work during COVID.
Beautiful campus and good cafeteria onsite.
Good culture.
Cons: Difficult interview content.
Located in the northeast.
Not a lot of availability to transfer to other locations across the US.

Pros: Good name in the industry.
Good compensation.
Motivation to move out from EDG.
Smart peers.
Cons: Management in EDG doesn't care about ASE's career development or learning. All they want to do is save their a** and look good in front of higher management. The program is portrayed as one which gives flexibility and freedom to pursue your interests, but that is rarely the case. Managers start thrusting some stupid timelines and documents on you and will keep wanting you to do more technical support in the name of "Leadership Qualities."

Pros: Very friendly and supportive co-workers.
Awesome perks.
The company really cares about employees.
Lot of opportunities for leadership roles.
Easy switch to different teams.
They are getting bigger every year, so it's exciting to be a part of the growth.
Cons: The review process is too elaborate. The stakeholder plan is a major part of salary; without it, the salary looks just average.
