I first received a video interview invitation, and everything was mentioned there.
Then, after a week, there was a technical phone interview. As far as I can remember, all questions were repeated, and I believe I had all the right answers. Two days later, I found my status had become "match not ideal at this time."
Everything felt very templated.
The phone call was 20 minutes late than scheduled, and the interviewer sounded impatient. He also had the wrong topic for me (I chose signal processing, but he gave me control systems, which appeared to be due to him not paying attention at all).
Of course, don't try to get any feedback; you would only receive a templated thank-you letter after being rejected.
Anyway, the compensation wasn't that good.
