Pros: 1. Core values - The company has core values that resonate with mine. This is a company where core values are not just a poster but something that you can see everywhere. Check the list on the company website.
2. People - great, genius people around, always ready to share.
3. Products - The products are what makes this place awesome. Knowing that we make a difference in pushing the boundaries of human knowledge.
Cons: Slightly more cautious than what I like, but since that ensures profitability, I am okay.

Pros: Nice facility, good health benefits, profit dividends instead of stock options (private company).
Cons: The hierarchy of the company allows for the network of managers to protect each other and perpetuate a toxic culture. There's a big focus on process for many parts of the company, but not in terms of recourse for managers abusing their power.
They are very against remote work and resisted it through COVID.
