I was referred and applied. I received an email stating there would be a call lasting about 15 minutes. I took the call, and the interviewer asked me some basic questions. After one day, I was refused. I don't know why.

EDG is not the place you want to be

Pros: Good name in the industry.
Good compensation.
Motivation to move out from EDG.
Smart peers.
Cons: Management in EDG doesn't care about ASE's career development or learning. All they want to do is save their a** and look good in front of higher management. The program is portrayed as one which gives flexibility and freedom to pursue your interests, but that is rarely the case. Managers start thrusting some stupid timelines and documents on you and will keep wanting you to do more technical support in the name of "Leadership Qualities."
