The process began with an HR phone interview, followed by a potential technical phone interview. They bypassed the video interview stage and scheduled a phone call instead. I was informed that if my profile was deemed a good fit after the HR interview, the technical team might reach out, but this was at their discretion.

In the HR phone call, they asked all the basic questions, such as:

• Will you be requiring sponsorship?
• What challenges have you faced in your projects and how did you remedy them?
• Explain any of your projects in a non-technical way.

And so on.
