Up until now, I have only had the phone interview and taken the HackerRank test online. The phone interview was pretty straightforward. It covered my skills and why I want to join. The HackerRank test was tricky. Make sure you review your fundamentals well.

Cons: Management in EDG doesn't care about ASE's career development or learning. All they want to do is save their a** and look good in front of higher management. The program is portrayed as one which gives flexibility and freedom to pursue your interests, but that is rarely the case. Managers start thrusting some stupid timelines and documents on you and will keep wanting you to do more technical support in the name of "Leadership Qualities."

Cons: Steep learning curve; the internship setup was still in its infancy.

Cons: Salary It's a great company, and you get to influence a lot of users worldwide. I think the average pay should be a bit more.
