All the questions were on Glassdoor. It did not necessarily require any preparation. The interview setup may take up to five minutes, and the actual interview about ten.
It was just general and nothing unexpected. There were about five questions.
I was contacted by the next day to set up the technical round.

Pros: Challenging and exciting environment, full of smart people extremely passionate about their jobs.
The company is based on solid principles; nothing is left to chance, from the internal organization to the development of the software. Possibility of working on different things and acquiring domain knowledge from different fields.
Cons: After six months, I can hardly say there are any cons. Probably the salary (compared to other software companies) is the biggest con one can expect.

EDG is not the place you want to be

Pros: Good name in the industry.
Good compensation.
Motivation to move out from EDG.
Smart peers.
Cons: Management in EDG doesn't care about ASE's career development or learning. All they want to do is save their a** and look good in front of higher management. The program is portrayed as one which gives flexibility and freedom to pursue your interests, but that is rarely the case. Managers start thrusting some stupid timelines and documents on you and will keep wanting you to do more technical support in the name of "Leadership Qualities."
