Great company with sound principles
Challenging and exciting environment, full of smart people extremely passionate about their jobs.
The company is based on solid principles; nothing is left to chance, from the internal organization to the development of the software. Possibility of working on different things and acquiring domain knowledge from different fields.
After six months, I can hardly say there are any cons. Probably the salary (compared to other software companies) is the biggest con one can expect.
An increase in base salaries could probably be beneficial to attract even higher qualified people.
