The interview process began with a simple phone screen. This consisted of a series of rapid-fire, basic knowledge questions about programming, mathematics, and an engineering specialty of choice (mine was signals).
After passing the phone interview, I was invited for an on-site. During this, I went through two behavioral interviews followed by one technical interview.
The technical interview was more in-depth but covered similar topics. The behavioral interviews asked about motivations and tested my interpersonal skills.
