The initial screening was through a recorded video. After clearing that stage, I was given a HackerRank code challenge to solve. This was then followed by a person-to-person interview. I did not get past the first phone interview.
Questions
It tested knowledge of run-time polymorphism in Java.

Pros: Challenging and exciting environment, full of smart people extremely passionate about their jobs.
The company is based on solid principles; nothing is left to chance, from the internal organization to the development of the software. Possibility of working on different things and acquiring domain knowledge from different fields.
Cons: After six months, I can hardly say there are any cons. Probably the salary (compared to other software companies) is the biggest con one can expect.
