It was a quite simple 5-question interview.
The good thing is you can test and practice the video as many times as you want.
Girls are especially concerned with their looks on camera.

- Do you need any sponsorship?
- Are you eligible to work in the US?

Pros: Best company ever. The benefits are incredible.
All new hires spend 3 weeks at the headquarters in Natick, meet with the CEO, and receive intense training.
Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
Cons: No cons, everything is great!

EDG is not the place you want to be

Pros: Good name in the industry.
Good compensation.
Motivation to move out from EDG.
Smart peers.
Cons: Management in EDG doesn't care about ASE's career development or learning. All they want to do is save their a** and look good in front of higher management. The program is portrayed as one which gives flexibility and freedom to pursue your interests, but that is rarely the case. Managers start thrusting some stupid timelines and documents on you and will keep wanting you to do more technical support in the name of "Leadership Qualities."
