Pros: Good work-life balance. Being a product-based company, the release plans are known well ahead and go as planned, making it stress-free. Good people to work with (in terms of knowledge and attitude).
Cons: Whatever you learn will be mostly related to legacy code (unless you work on a new project from scratch).
I haven't learned much apart from that.
