I applied online and then talked with a recruiter at a campus career fair. After that, I received an email in about a week to set up an initial interview.
The interview process was very pleasant, and the person I spoke with was polite and helpful. I was asked some basic questions, and then I had the chance to ask questions about the job as well.
Finally, we discussed setting up a date for the technical interview.
