There was an online round, after which only 46 students qualified. The first round was GD, followed by the Technical Round, HR Round, and Managerial Round. I was rejected in the Managerial Round. The questions were tricky and mostly confusing.

Cons: Average gross pay. The review system is a waste of time. Managers will decide the rating way before the employees write their reviews, so it's a mere waste. Promotions are based on seniority and not on skill set.

Pros: MathWorks provides interesting work, good benefits, and a nice working environment. I did get the sense that the company takes care of its employees.
Cons: With certain products and projects, the pace will feel quite slow for a tech company.
Transitioning teams is difficult but not unheard of.
