Process
The interview process consisted of four parts:
- 1st interview: Basic HR-type questions.
- 2nd interview: Technical assessment.
- 3rd interview: Teamwork and behavioral questions.
- 4th interview: Behavioral and HR-related questions.
The process moved along quickly, and the questions were fair. The interviewers were pleasant.
For the technical interview, it is advisable to stay calm and think out loud. The interviewer is there to assist you.
One observation was that the fourth interview seemed similar to the first and third interviews, though it was shorter. They asked me the same questions that had been asked in prior interviews.
