At first, my resume was shortlisted. Then I got an email regarding a telephonic interview. They mentioned there would be questions regarding my technical skills, projects, and algorithms.

Nice product, crazy process

Pros: 1. The company makes a well-known, widely used product.
2. The offices in Natick are really nice, with a nice cafeteria and gym on-site.
3. Good benefits, such as a 6/6 401k match.
Cons: 1. Ridiculous management: The process is so loaded down and wastes obscene numbers of engineer-hours in forms. There are two entirely separate tracking systems that have to be filed for every new feature.
2. Silly performance review process that uses bad tools. It takes forever to fill out the badly designed self-review form, and no one looks at it anyway.
3. Salaries 20-30 percent lower than industry average.
