Process

The recruiter actually came to my college, but I missed their visit, so I applied online. The recruiter got back within a week. There was one HR round, one technical round with a software engineer, one round with the software group manager, and a final round with HR.

Questions

Basic programming, object-oriented, and language-specific questions about a programming language of your choice. I chose Java. Not difficult at all.

The tougher part was the software group manager interview, which was sort of technical and sort of not. It was more background/interest-based than anything.

My interviewer was very perceptive and practical, so answer all his questions clearly and honestly.
