Software Test Engineer Interview Experience - Natick, Massachusetts

January 1, 2020
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

Phone and onsite interviews were conducted.

The recruiter then called with a verbal offer. The hiring manager spoke with my references, and they called me back asking for a start date. However, I have not yet received a written offer letter.

They keep you waiting forever. Their hiring process is fundamentally flawed and very poor.

Typically, external corporate companies provide a written offer within days if they deem a candidate a good fit. Compared to many other corporate companies, they offer slightly lower pay for Massachusetts, with a very long hiring timeline, usually exceeding three months. They don't even bother to provide straightforward feedback. Backstabbing is always present. Be cautious before providing professional references.

They interview your references for 30 minutes. Despite positive feedback from references, there's a high chance they might not contact you. The hiring process is very bad.
