Process
I had two rounds.
The first one was with the hiring manager. She asked basic HR questions, such as:
- Have you ever faced an issue with a teammate? How did you resolve it?
- Rate yourself in programming languages on a scale of 1 to 10.
After the initial round, a quality engineer emailed to schedule a 30-minute technical round. They asked all the basic questions in MATLAB and some object-oriented programming concepts.
Overall, the interview went very well, but I was rejected two days later.
