Great location and facilities.
Some groups are poorly managed. A significant number of employees, including some managers, appear to have grown up in a culture where speaking up your mind is perceived as a sign of disrespect, even if it is done constructively. If you do not mind being micromanaged and follow strict orders, this is the company for you.
If you get stuck in a badly managed team, it is nearly impossible to move to another team.
The pay is on the lower end of the spectrum.
