Great community with great leadership. People try to do things the right way and are excellent about helping others and spreading knowledge.
Code submission/build process is sometimes a little frustrating, as we tend to value correctness / not breaking things over speed. Obviously, that is a tradeoff, but in my opinion, we lean too far on the "safe side".
