Good and professional company!
HR is not friendly and they need more training.
The first step is an interview with the Recruiter, who will ask you basic questions. 1. Talk about your projects. 2. When you meet a conflict, how do you solve it? 3. When you are doing multiple tasks, how do you deal with it?
First Screening Round: Questions about courses, projects, and usual HR questions (time management, tackling tough situations at the office). Tech Interview: DSP, Math, C, MATLAB. HR Round: The usual questions.
I was first contacted by HR. I was asked the normal set of questions on time management, strengths & weaknesses, and conflict resolution. The technical phone interview was set up for two weeks later. I chose C, MATLAB, signal processing, and math.
