Work-life balance and overshadow chaotic leadership

Lead Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: WFH Work life balance better pay

Cons: Under the current CEO, McAfee has become a city of chaos, ruled by incompetent leadership. Until 2023, it was one of the best companies to work for. Since then, the focus seems to have shifted almost entirely toward repeated layoffs rather than innovation or long-term product vision.
