Can be promoted into a manager in a year even as a part-timer; it is more flexible than most other part-time jobs.
Still need to OT if working in busy locations; colleagues whose quality vary significantly, so handling two to three men worth of workload is to be expected; high turnover in younger age group; as a fast food store it can be busier than many other restaurants.
