Pros: I had a great team at Meta. Everyone was hard-working, smart, and really played into the team mentality, even if we were spread across the US and primarily all remote.
I still felt super connected with my team, and we did our best to stay connected. We felt welcome.
Cons: There are a lot of brilliant people at Meta, but the organization lacked documentation and knowledge transfer. Things also moved very slowly to make changes. However, the good thing is that everyone is willing to work together to achieve a common goal, even if it's cross-functionally.

Flexible work hours.
Option to work remotely.
BEST people to work with!
Cons: - Work-life balance is not great.
- The company is US-centric, so employees in other regions always have to work late to get work done.
- Facebook is approximately 87K employees as of writing, but it still operates like a start-up most of the time.
- Lots of projects are worked on at the same time, but you won't really see real impact.
