I was contacted by a recruiter, likely via LinkedIn.
I then set up an interview with a person I did not know. I couldn't understand the interviewer due to a heavy accent and had to ask them to type what they were trying to say.
The interview consisted of only one question. I was not allowed to run the code to test it out. The interviewer was also late.
This was a terrible interview process, using only one question and then providing no feedback as to why they declined my application. I answered the question using an O(n log n) runtime. I could probably have achieved a linear runtime, but given a 30-minute timeframe, I did what I could.
I was looking forward to a free vacation to California on them. Oh well.
