I passed the phone screening and moved on to talking with a technician at 4 in the morning.
This interview was not very friendly and straight to the point. You could tell the person was reading from a script of questions and didn’t really have any interest other than completing the questions and getting the exact answers they were expecting.
Some questions were re-asked, like "What was your greatest accomplishment from your past company?"
Overall, it was a negative experience due to the engineer mispronouncing questions and not being engaged in helping the process.
