Ghost recruiter:

• Emailed recruiter 2 times in 2 weeks.
• Received 1 email back stating he tried to call a couple of times, but there were no missed calls.
• Emailed back 2 times and called 3 different times (in case he had another call during those times).
• Now, I believe he is avoiding me.

I heard candidates receive feedback after interviews. A rejection would be helpful, but being ghosted is very bad for someone who used to communicate nicely.
