Process
The first interview was coding (SQL and Python). There were no tricks, but you needed to be fast, so train beforehand. They provided plenty of material and online resources so you could be prepared.
The second interview was a full day in-house, working on design problems. It included plenty of whiteboard design exercises and coding.

Pros: 1. Impact-driven culture! Not the amount of work matters, but the amount of impact by this work.
2. The company is 99.9% data-driven. All conflicts are solved with data. It's really easy to prove your point and convince others.
3. People. They are open, critical-thinking, and just amazing! Every single person, starting from my teammates and finishing with Zuck.
4. Open culture (no decisions are hidden by leadership).
5. Feedback culture - you can improve every day! People provide you feedback all the time.
Cons: 1. Sometimes it is a bit tricky to manage work/life balance. There are so many fantastic projects that you can't stop but work on.
2. The company is really big. It's hard to see the full picture.

Pros: No pros, except the food that is good.
Cons: 1. Managers are non-technical.
2. They intimidate the engineers working under them in meetings.
3. They don't let them speak.
4. They also don't give clarity on directions.
5. HRBP or senior managers are not there to help you.
6. Managers just bully you by leaps and bounds.
7. You are just at the mercy of your 1-1 manager. If you can do flattery, then you would do fine; else, just leave the company.
8. The campus is now becoming unhygienic; there is no cleaning in the building.
