I was referred by a friend. It took me a week to schedule a phone interview. The recruiter called me 10 minutes later. They didn't provide any information about the role and started asking questions right away. At the end, they didn't give me a chance to ask questions about the role or the company. The interview finished 5 minutes early. I was very disappointed with the process.
