Good pay, benefits, and learning.
PSC culture can be stressful sometimes.
I had a phone interview where the interviewer asked me two programming questions. I answered both of them and some follow-up questions. The recruiter said she would get back to me in two days. My interview took place on Tuesday, and I sent feedback
The typical engineering interview process can take a whole day and is exhausting. I would not recommend taking it again, and I won't for myself since I don't even want to work for Meta, which is a dying business, in my opinion.
I had a phone screen, then a couple of onsite interviews. The phone screen wasn't very difficult; I was asked pretty standard questions. The onsite was a great experience. I learned a lot, and my interviewer was great as well.
